What is a Children's Product Certificate?

Under CPSIA Section 14(a), every manufacturer or importer of children's products sold in the United States must issue a Children's Product Certificate (CPC). The CPC accompanies the product and certifies that it has been tested by a CPSC-accepted lab and complies with all applicable children's product safety rules.
